I've been away for awhile but ready to get back into the swing of things. Had an ectopic in July 2010. No pregnancy since. I've very frustrated. In March, I had an HSG. Both tubes are open!! So that was good news. I'm suspicious that my progesterone is low causing me to have a very short luteal phase, about 10 days. And I started charting BBT last month. From what I can tell, I don't think I'm ovulating anymore because I have no significant change in temperature. Dr will not do anything for me until July 2011. Hopefully clomid but I'm a little nervous about that because of the side effects I've heard from others. Can anyone shed some light on this subject or offer reassurance?

It has been a while since I have checked in with you ladies! Things are always so busy! We have been spending a lot of time with my Uncle whom only has a few short months left. We seen him yesterday and he is nothing but skin and bones. Made me feel awful! He went from being this Chunky, funny, caring, sweet man to this. So not fair what things can happen in life! Anyways just wanted to check in on everybody and see if there are any new BFP's There are a couple!! SO YAY!! But to update myself I am DPO-5. This is our first month of really being able to try so I am excited even though I know this is going to be a journey! Good luck ladies!
@ Missy17- We are in the same boat...we had a chemical miscarriage June 29 on my DH birthday last year. As well as our TR 1/27/09....we have consulted an RE, but our insurance stopped coverage on IVF this year.
At your age I think that it would be something to look into. Check your state to see if it is one that mandates infertility coverage, call you Department of Insurance for your state, check your insurance. If your credit is good then you can get a loan. But honestly, other than a leap of faith...that is one of your options. Best of luck to you!
I miscarried almost a year ago and we have been trying ever since with no results! I had a hysterosalpingogram done and showed left tube partially blocked and right one open. Getting discouraged as we have been using the ovulation watch and also tried having intercourse every other day once my period stops...any suggestions? My poor husband has no children and wants so badly to have one of his own, I also feel we won't be complete till we bring a little one into our lives! I am getting up there, 37 now and scared this may not happen, which will sadden me so! Trying to have faith....
Hope you ladies ate doing just fine. O always keep you in my prayers and thoughts. I truly am a cheerleader for you. I went to see a RE just to find out our insurance changed this year and they dropped coverage on ivf...booo. there ate states that mandate the coverage see if u live in one...we don't Colorado.
Keep us in your prayers please that we find a way before it gets too hard that clock in ticking every year that passes.
My stepmom Octavia will be having her TR baby in October!
