Oh, wanted to add something that will make you laugh, I've been to the ER tbree times so far for stomache pains, the first two times I mentioned to them tubal ligation syndrome and maybe that was the cause of what's going on, they sent a shrink over to me each time and told me that I'm depressed and need to go on anti depresents (what does that have to do with my stomache...I tested them the last time I went to the ER, I didn't mention one thing about tubal ligation syndrome and guess what, they didn't send any shrinks that time, if I my stomache hurts then it's all okay dokey, I say PTLS and I'm insane, I tested them and they proved me right...if you ask me something smells fishy

I have an entire list of symptoms that come and go, my legs are always red and swollen, can't figure out if it's part of the TL, never had it before, I did find some women that posted that they had the same thing with swelling. I started with body hair loss, hot flashes, fatigue, tingling in my body, thinner skin (weird) memory loss, joint pains, brain fogged (all the time) panic attacks, high blood pressure, reduce breast mass, ***throwing up, runs (when I ovulate)***...and do you believe this is all since April 9, 2007 when I had my TL.
I'm hoping to get my reversal in Oct/Nov. I seriously can't take this anymore, I feel like someone took my body and put me in another one. I'm soooooo mad at my doctors, I don't even have any words for how I feel about them that's how mad I am. I don't believe them for a minute that they don't know about PTLS...all of us women can't be losing our minds, I just don't know why they're not listening to us (money maker) everytime I go to get help from them and bring up the symptoms I have they have an excuse for everyone that I have, they're a joke. I can't wait for the day that they get exposed for what they're doing to women and it all comes spilling out (can you imagine that day, then women are gonna come out of the wood works because I'm sure there are many that don't even know they have this and are suffering my poor family is suffering for what I'm going through

I had my TL done in 4/03 and no one told me at the the time about PTLS. About 2 year ago I went in for my check up and was telling the Dr about all the problems I was having with headaches, spotting, extremley heavy periods, excessive cramping and moodiness. The Dr told me that most women end up on birth conrtol after a TL simply to control hormones - I was shocked. 2 years later I begin to doubt my decision about getting the TL because I wanted more children and started doing research. I was shocked to find out about PTLS - I was angry that no one had told me. I had my TR on 5/25/07 and thought if I got some relief it would be worth it. I have been shocked at the difference. I have had no headaches, no cramping and have been like I was before my TL. I wish you all the luck and hope your results are as good as mine. Hang in there! When are you schedule? Amanda

Hi! What kind of days are you having? I know that before TR I was very very moody. I think I am better now. My hubby seems to notice a difference, except when AF arrives...lol. What symptoms do you have. This board is an excellent place to come for support and caring. Hope you feel better real soon. Jeannie

Today is a really hard day for me, just needed someone to talk to, I really need to get my reversal fast, everyday it's something new. Somedays are good, but like my husband says, when I have good days, it's like the silence before the big storm comes.
