Thanks, so when the tubes are reconnected, it should correct the vascular changes that may have occured during a TL, like getting the blood flowing again ?
Thank God for Dr, Berger, this is definitely something that's real and wish more people were like him!!!!!!
The causes for post tubal ligation syndrome symptoms are poorly understood and very little research has been done on this subject. Currently, Dr. Berger is collecting data to determine what relief women are experiencing after TR.
While there is some discussion of vascular changes after TL being a possible factor, it is still unknown. Certainly, TL is not like hysterectomy! In addition, the ovaries should still continue to function properly as they are influenced by hormones in the brain and adrenals, not your tubes per se. It is a very complex issue.
If you feel you are having menopausal symptoms, it would be a good idea to have blood levels of your FSH, LH, progesterone and estrogen checked.

Thanks, that makes sense, I'm assuming that when we get the TR things can start flowing again and restores the symptoms from getting the blood flowing again properly. I read somewhere that it's almost like getting a hysterecomy (sp?) too, when a women has her uterus removed

I am no where near being an expert, but everyone's body is different and will react differently to the changes that occur after a TL. Some of the symptoms are almost menopause type, which I would think makes sense because your ovaries are not functioning naturally and there would be a loss of hormone function.

That come with doing a tubal, I've noticed that there are different symptoms that some women get from each other, I can't believe how much happens with doing a tubal.
