The temp rise doesn't mean a whole lot unless it stays up for the next 2 days as well. Keep us posted!! msstigall Member # 12605 posted                    has anyone had ovulation spotting? if so how can you tell the difference between that and a regular AF? the reason i ask is because i didnt have a temp spike but i am spotting. this morning my temp was a little higher than the last 8 days.
