Tubal reversal is possible if you have had an endometrial ablation. There is an important question which must be answered and some important concepts to understand. 1. Regular menses. Are you having regular menses since your ablation? If not then you may not have any uterine lining to support a pregnancy and reversal should not be considered. 2. Pregnancy after ablation does have some increased risks. Pregnancy after an ablation has an increased risk of miscarriage, fetal growth problems, and pre-term delivery.
Most patients will have a normal and successful pregnancy after an ablation; however, the risk of an adverse outcome is increased when you have a pregnancy after an endometrial ablation.
Please email myself or Dr. Berger directly if you have any additional questions or would like to inquire further into this.
We have had some patients have tubal reversal after an ablation and we try to individualize this procedure on a case by case basis.

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/160307 The site above is a blog where women who have had an ablation have become successfully pregnant. One even had twins
I don't have any specific answers, but wanted to welcome you and tell you that I hope you do find answers, and that I pray for good news for you.
I know on the NovaSure website, it says pregnancy is dangerous for those having had ablation...
HOWEVER, there are a LOT Of recommendations against pregnancy for women in a host of different sitautions that turn out to not be completely solid advice.
I recommend calling CH and talking to one of the nurses! If you can get an operative report from your TL and/or ablation, then it may be good to fax it over, as I have read that endometrial ablation has a different impact than balloon ablation...

I'm the newbie, I guess and I just have a few concerns about TR with a uterine ablation. I've seen some blogs about it being possible and wondered if anyone had any new information on this subject.
