I already had my tr but had to loose about 45lbs to get my bmi down. I started weight watchers in December and had my tr in March...it was alot of hard work and no cheating but I lost all the weight I needed to plus a few extra pounds. I walked usually every 1-2 days around my block (I lived on a hill). It definatly made a difference...also drink a TON of water ..Good Luck! Its so mworth it..I am pregnant finally with my first tr baby! Michelle TR 3-6-06 EDD 3-9-09...its a girl!!

Good luck with the weight loss! If you set your mind to it you can do it. Plus, you have a 'great' reason for doing it, right? Glad you've got the payment plan started also. It may be a lot of hard work ahead, but it'll definitely be worth it! You are on the right track...

Hello! Is anyone working on their weight to reach the needed BMI to have the surgery?
I am.....I've been struggling with my weight for many years. I have to lose 60lbs to reach the needed BMI for the surgery. I'm also starting the pre payment plan on the financial ends of surgery.
A lot of hard work ahead...just looking for others to come with me for the ride!
