Make sure you have comfy clothes for surgery day and for all days in CH after that. Most of all, take your meds as they prescribe...alternate pain meds and ibuprofen every 2 hours till you are sure you don't need the pain meds anymore. The attitude and support on this website was one of the major elements in my decision to have my TR done at CH. What a welcoming and positive feeling that is exuded from all! Does anyone who is post surgery have words of wisdom or advice concerning the whole experience in CH? I am also up for sharing anxiety with anyone waiting for their surgery. I am happy to say I scheduled my surgery today and am looking forward to June 30th 2009! The amount of support on this message board is amazing. What a blessing for those ladies in our position.
