It was awesome meeting DR Berger & all the staff, everyone was very friendly which made me feel less nervous. My surgery is at 8AM so I guess I am the 3rd patient for DR Berger tomorrow. Talk to you all soon

Neva, Wow! It is almost here exciting and scary at the same time. We are going to leave Augusta around 10am in hopes to be in chapel hill by 4. I don't know what time you were thinking but how does 6 ish sound to you? That give Connie time to get there as well. I think she was trying to be there by 4 also. How funny is it that she is coming from Georgia too? I didn't know there was going to four of us. WOW!!! I know Dr M is the only one in the office as Dr. B is on vacation. But that is cool another TR sister we haven't spoke to yet! Beverly

Aimee, I'm sorry to hear that your trip didn't go very well and was long but your there and that is so exciting. I want to hear all about you consult when you get a chance! I can wait to meet you. this is going to be such a journey for all us. Im glad you are going to be coming. Leave your info at the front desk for NEVA. She will contact you with the details.

I will definately meet up with you guys before I leave on Monday. I am just waiting right now because my consultation with Dr Berger is at 10 AM. I am a little tired our flight was a little delayed when we landed from California to Denver, Colorado where we didnt have to switch planes but let passengers off & new ones boarded. It was crazy we had to circle the skys because it was raining and they didnt want us to land. Anyways we didnt get to Chapel Hill until 11:30 and checked in pasrt midnight, I am a little tired right now. Talk to you all soon

Hey girls, I found out, or heard that i am fourth in line for our TR, so if Connie Diane lol is third than you know what that means Beverly! I wonder who the other TR sister is.... who ever she is I guess she is going first lol, They didn't say it was set in stone but I'm pretty sure that is the line up. OOOhhh so exciting!
Oh and I guess we are supposed to eat light the night before TR so I hope we can have an early dinner I love to eat almost as much as BD lol SORRY TMI
I am sorry about all of the drama. I only read this thread so I have had nothing but wonderful support from you and Neva. You two are a godsend! Try not to let it get to you. Just think about all of the laughs and fun we are going to have at dinner. We will ride over together and we will wait together. That is amazing to me! Maybe you will get back to GA soon. Augusta is just a few hours away from me! I actually had my first DS there. They shipped me there b/c our hospital was not equipped to handle him. I was only 28 weeks when I had him. Can't tell it now though. I will probably pack DH a lunch, he gets cranky when he gets hungry and I think I third in the line up. We both love our food. LOL Can't wait to see you!

Neva You are not crazy! My first name is Connie but I go by Diane. I have used both on the thread. I have been running crazy. Finals this week! I had four. My nervousness is easing off some. I did have a terrible time with it though. I am sure it will all come crashing back when I leave Sunday! I keep getting paranoid that something will go wrong. Crazy, I know but...I can't believe we only five days until the big day. You and Beverly have made this so much less stressful. Just having you two to talk to sure has made a world of difference! I know we have all worked hard to get to this point. I can't wait to meet you both. I will bring the book for your DS.

Beverly, We have had more rain here in Colorado than we have had in about ten years. It has been so dry that I think the majority of the people are so excited. Like you though I hate to drive in it. Just be careful and have a safe trip. I will see you in four days as well. Everything is coming together at my new house just fine. I finished my internship yesterday and did my final radio show on Sunday so I am done for the summer, but did I mention that my kids go back to school on Monday? So yea I guess you could say I am keeping myself busy lol. I have a lot to get off my chest about everything happening on the board. I thought about posting it, but regardless of who reads it, I don't want to be a slanderous gossip so no matter where I post it I will choose my words wisely. It is just so disheartening, and I feel like I need to vent a little so you may find a lengthy post on your myspace. Again have a blessed trip..... see you soon!

Neva, I know its making me so angry to read the posts! I read one today then just scrolled down to see if you posted anything! I think that's what ill be doing for the next couple days till the water calms!I to have truely enjoyed our conversations and I really feel like this TR is a journey to the beging of a wonderful friendship! So how is the house comming? You keeping ur self busy? We are on our way to the big GA. The weather is horrible thunder storms and a lot of heavy rain! I hate traveling in weather like this! I looked at the forcast for the next 10 days and its nothing but rain and more rain! Soooo bring ur rain coat to CH. LOL Ttalk to you soon Beverly

Wow Beverly I was only off line for a few days, and the boards are full of drama...... It truly saddens me. I love reading all of the threads, and this one has meant so much to me. I guess I just want to say thank you, and I can't wait to begin this journey with you, as our TRs are just the begging. I will be praying for everybody on the board and counting down the minutes.
