Ive never heard of a False Negative when it was an Ectopic.Ive had 2 ectopics one on each side and always got a positive right on time.My cycle was off for a few months after TR so that might be the reason or you could be testing just a little early.When was you last AF?

when I was pregnant with my first child, I tested a little too early and got a neg on the 1st test, but tested again less than 2 days later (with an early response test) and got a BFP...try a test again in a couple days.

AF is late and got a BFN. I know my cycle could and most likely will be thrown off due to the surgery (6/01/09). I am just concerned if an ectopic could cause a false negative? I have recently been reminded that premenstrual symptoms are the same as early pregnancy symptoms. So, listening to my body is confusing me. Haven't been pregnant in 11 years. How long should I wait for AF to show up before I get worried? If I am pregnant I could only possibly 2 weeks. At the most(that's when we started trying). Is that even long enough for it to show on a home pregnancy test?
