My BBT came with charts, but I use Fertility Friend online to do online charting. Then I can print out my charts to share with doctor. You may want to try that site. It is free to chart and there is a free course you can take also. If you want the upgrades, you can read then on the site, there is a low fee for them.

You can also go to this site and if you know how to "Alt" "Print Screen" you can take a picture of the chart and paste it into a program on your computer then adjust it and print it out.

I have an iPhone. There is an app that will track it for you. Even though I haven't had my TR yet, i started using it so it is as accurate as possible when I do.
