Thank you for the update. I have noticed while doing weekly pregnancy reports that many woman that are pregnancy use OPKs. I would highly recommend using them to confirm when you ovulate this cycle.

Well, turns out I wasn't pregnant. I finally got AF on my 37th day (the latest I've ever been and not been pregnant) The Dr. said it was probably due to blood loss during surgery, that type of thing. SO we'll be trying again this month. Hopefully with success!!
I'm in the same situatio. Last period was Sept. 12 and my cycle is 30-31 days. I'm now 5 days late and have had only BFN's. Went to ER on the 14th with a pain in my left pelvic area thinking it may be a tubal ( I had one last dec.) They did a blood test(not sure which one) was negative also. So today...no AF, took another hpt and nothing. I think I o'd around the 28th. Still have cramping in left side of pelvis off and on. BBs seem tender and have slight nausea sometimes. I'm gonna test again in two days if no AF.

I had posted this in the other thread that you posted in, but figured I would put it here as well.
camille... yes it is possible to get a negative before a positive, but it is more likely that your ovualtion was delayed due to your TR. MANY women have much longer cycles right after TR. My first cycle after TR was 9 or 10 days late for AF. It if very common. If you typically have a 31 day cycle (mine is usually 32-34) you would ovulate around CD 17-18. I O around CD 18-20 - and have most of my adult life, and still have four babies. So ovulating later is fine, as long as you ovulate. But again, it is more likely that you are late because you are so close after TR. Next cycle it might help to test with OPKs around O time to be sure to know when you do. Good luck!

I'm going next week to get a blood test done, if I still haven't gotten my period. I'm going to get the QUAN. I thought that maybe the surgery might make my period late, but it can't explain the other symptoms.....

if you are on 31 day cycles, and your last period was on 9/11, then you should have "O"ed about 9/28, with AF due on the 11th, like you said. Are you getting QUALitive BT, or QUANtitive BT? The QUAL will just say yes or no, the QUAN show actual betas so that is the one you want. My son is the only one that I continued to get negatives, even at Women Svc, and then finally got a BFP when I was 8wks along, so yep! it's possible!!

Question? Has anyone ever gotten a NEG pregnancy test result but were really pregnant? With both my pregnancies, I had SEVERAL neg home pregnancy tests results after my first late date. In fact with my daughter, who is 9 now, I had a neg BLOOD test on my 5th late day, and FINALLY got BFP on my 7th late day. Anyway, I had my tubal reversal Sept. 18, (my last period was sept. 11) So i was due to ovulate around the 25th, and we starting BD'ing every night since then. My Dr. thinks it's a possibility I might ovulate REALLY late in my cycles (which are usually 31 days) and would explain why I get neg tests results. But now I'm 5 days late, and the test this morning STILL said negative, and I used one of the early result tests, too.... But I'm having symptoms. Not only tired and sore breasts, but I am also Diabetic, and with EVERY pregnancy my blood sugar started to bottom out right away, at all hours of the night, no matter how much I lowered my insulin dosage. And now THAT is happening again too... Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has gotten neg readings but was actually pregnant.
