Erika that is so true. Yesterday was so nice, warm and I was able to take the kids to the park. The day before I had to scrape the ice of the car windows. Wired weather this year. Miranda

joyful I got up to find ice on my car at 8:20am this morning. It had to be scraped off, lol. My mom had my in October and she said it snowed big time when she had me.Then it was so sunny and no sight of snow when she left the hospital a week later. This week it seems winter has came early to the NC hills. My dad took my son to the mountains Saturday and there were flurries coming down. You never know what it is going to do. I hope your trip to CH is great and you have fun while there. I hope to read great news about your big day. Miranda

I don't want snow flurries! In NH we had a messy mix yesterday which fortunately didn't accumulate and black ice on the roads this morning. I'm hoping for sunshine! But I'll pack sweaters just in case. Thanks.

Hi Joyful1 it has been cold here in CH, it should warm up just a bit but I would recommend some sweaters and maybe a light jacket. No snow flurries yet

This week 10-19 thru 10-24, the temperatures are predicted to be in the mid-70's during the day and high 50's at night. Although the past two weeks have been oddly cool for this time of year, we should be back to normal (mid to high 60's) for the remainder of the month.

I live 3 hours from Chapel Hill . Where I am at it has turned very cool outside. They called for snow last night and tonight in the mountains about an hour from me. The weather could warm up but I bet it will still cool. I brought a small pillow for the travel. It worked great. I placed it over my tummy and it kept the seat belt off it.Also so help to lay on side a little. You could bye one from the baby area at Wal-Mart. Some ladies have and them when they had their tubal reversal babies they wrote the baby's name on it. One lady even talked about getting the doctor to sign the pillow. Easy on shoes was another thing so I was not bending down to much to get them on. I wish you all the best on your big day. Miranda

What's the weather like in NC in October? Will it be warm enough to swim? Here in NH the fall leaves are beautiful, but it is chilly. Snow flurries yesterday and a hard frost this morning. Any tubal reversal packing tips ? Anything we might want that we might not think to pack? So far, I've packed 2 pairs of brand new pajamas, new fuzzy slipper socks, and that special soap. I hadn't bought new pajamas in about 3 years, but my DH and I went shopping on Monday. Anything we should know before heading out? We don't leave for more than a week, but we want to be ready.
