I want to chime in because I researched "said doctor" quite extensively. I didn't like his attitude towards women. I didn't like his staff's attitude. They were all about getting you to schedule but not so much about answering questions. If you request his literature (which I did) he slams Dr. Berger's methods in a very undertoned, underhanded way. He also does IVF, so I believe his pregnancy statistics (if he has any) are slanted by including that. He doesn't keep a statistical database like Dr. Berger. If you are overweight, he charges extra for the surgery instead of counseling you about the risks of anesthesia due to excess weight. I believe that if you have to knock someone else down to build yourself up, then you aren't the doctor for me. He claims that the use of a stent (which Dr. Berger uses to determine if your tubes are open at the time of the surgery) damages the tubes so they don't work properly. Obviously that is not the case since I have a TR baby! If I'm not mistaken, he is also the doctor that wants a picture of you in a bra and panties to determine your weight issues. I didn't get far enough in the process to do that, but I believe that might be him. I could be wrong on that though. Anyway, I did my research and found Dr. Berger to be much more professional and honest about the surgery and its various possible outcomes. Give the other doc's office a call, and then call Dr. Berger's office. You will be able to see a difference immediately! Good luck with your decision. I would strongly recommend Dr. B over any other.

What makes you better than an (unnamed) Ky doctor? I won't say his name as this is not allowed. I am just making sure you are the one. I hope you take the time to answer this question? Thanks
