I am trying to go through the financial company on your website. As soon as I talk to them and see what they say I will schudule something. This is something we are very serious about. I requested my records yesturday so I will be sending them to you as soon as I get them myself.

Dr. Monteith's fees are all-inclusive, just like Dr. Berger's fees. He does have a one or two openings remaining in July and a few in August. The week of July 21st is no longer available and the week of August 11th is no longer available.

If you will let us know the dates that are best for your schedule, we will assist you with an appointment.

Can anyone tell me if the new doctor has all of his appointments scheduled through Sept when his discount ends? Also, is everything included with his TR as Dr. Berger does?
