Have another idea if you or dh have a flex spending account at work that may be something to look into.
At my dhs job it works like this. They have the enrolement process in Aug you fill out the forms tell them how much you want, at my dhs job you can go up to $3500 but every place is different in their amounts Im sure, anyways then in Jan you get a card I think its like a debit card and it has $3500 on it or however much you desire and you can use however you like I dont believe there are any restrictations and then they deduct money out of your pay check each time you get paid to pay for it, over the period of one year. I think I heard one lady say on here that she kept her receipts (Not sure if that is required or she just did to cover herself) Its like a loan without interest I believe we have never used it just inquired about it but thats how his works, but now not every company offers it the company I work for does not however its always something you could check into. Im sure some other ladies will know more about it thats just the jist of it.

You know my dh and I went through our local bank that we use, you could try that. Sometimes they are a little more lienant (spelling sorry) than say a bank that you would not normally use. Also there are some credit cards that you can get that offer 0% interest for like 12 months if you could do that and then pay it off when you got your taxes back. Also if none of those would work you could treat the payment plan like a bill and be consistent and send in like $400 a month or so I know its easier said than done esp people who are on a budget. I am very impatient too thats why I went and got a loan in Feb been making payments then come March when I get my taxes its back we will pay it off and to me that was worth it.
When I got my loan I am using Dr. M so my tr fee was $4900 I got a loan for $3000 and I used $1900.00 from my 2007 taxes so I didnt have to take a loan for the full amount and that saved me on the monthly payment. Thats all I can think of at this point if I can think of any more ways I come back and post. GL to you. Jennifer

I am trying to save the money to pay for the procedure but I am impatient and want to get it done. I applied for a loan through Medchoice and got declined. I currently have a loan through capital one healthcare but they won't loan me anymore. Our credit got damaged when my husband lost his job last year. Does anyone know where I could borrow money from with less than perfect credit?

Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome is a term that has been used to refer to a variety of symptoms that appear following a tubal ligation. Most often these have included heavy menstrual flow, irregular bleeding, painful menstruation, increased moodiness, headaches, breast tenderness, and a variety of other hormonal symptoms.
Whether or not this is a "true" syndrome has been a subject of controversy in medical circles for decades. The majority of the opinion of medical experts seems to be that it is not a true syndrome. According to this opinion, the appearance of new symptoms following a tubal ligation is a coincidence and is not caused by the tubal ligation procedure. This opinion is based on some studies that report similar symptom rates among women who have had a tubal ligation and others who have not.
The contrary opinion, that Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome is real, is held by many women who have developed problems after a tubal ligation that did not occur previously. Further, women who have undergone tubal reversal surgery frequently report relief from their symptoms. These findings argue against post tubal ligation symptoms being a coincidence.
This is the first site I found on the net that pushed me to that "eureka moment" that what plagued me for 3 years was PTLS..from there...I searched until I found CH and decided to have my TR..

I also didn't have the money lying around. It took us about 2yrs. We went to walmart and purchased a empty water jug (like for the water cooler) and we put change in there everyday. I used income tax checks and all. I also have the want it right now syndrome and it was hard to wait. Even though i am coming up on one yr without any signs of a bfp I don't regret it at all. The staff is great and knowing i am whole again is even better.
Yes, the full amount of $4900 (for Dr. Monteith) is due within 24 hours of scheduling your surgery. Please give us a call with any questions and also when you are ready to schedule!
