Quick question for those of you who already had this done.....how long before you can sleep on your side after the surgery? I just remembered that it was a while before I could sleep on my side after my csections and I'm wondering if it's the same deal with this?
Good luck to the two who are going in on Monday!!! I'd have such butterflies in my tummy if it were me!!

Well Miranda looks like you are next on the list. Just seems like yesterday we were worried about scheduling. LOL DH, the boys and I are heading out early in the AM for our "mini-vacation" at Virginia Beach. We won't be back until late Monday and I don't know if our motel has a computer, so I wanted to let you know that I will be thinking about you and Praying for you and your family and PoeticSunshine who is also scheduled for Monday. I wish you both the very best and a very speedy recovery. I'm hoping we have a computer there so I can at least check in on everyone. LOL So, take care and best wishes.. I will be anxious to hear how you both made out. Won't be long and it will be my turn.
And to all the Girls that just had their TR~ Congratulations! Take it easy and get plenty of rest.. LOL

Jenny I missed you I think in the room some how. Have you heard anything about your report yet? If you live close you may want to call the doctor and tell them you are going to come and pick them up your self. That way you can go to a store and fax it right then. It is only like 2-3 dollars to fax it.That way you know CH got them right then cause you get a paper that says it was sent. I am hoping you hear soon. Miranda

Jo I am ok now. Another lady called me right after posting that from CH.She talked to me about it and I am feeling great about deciding to go and get this done. I think I have moved into a new stage. I am so excited , I can not wait to be there meet everyone and get the TR and be on the other side healing. Thank you for telling me all the helpful hints. Donna thank you too. I can not wait to see the gift. This is the first time I am really going to get a surprise,lol. Usually I can not wait and make people tell me,lol. Miranda

JennyH, Girl I'm so sorry..I so misread your post..I thought you were asking us that ?. Forgive me, I'm still on pain meds from the TR. I thought you were needing help on where to find the info in the board about that subject Now that I re-read it it all makes since now.

JoHanna, I was just letting some people know that their are some mommies on the other side who have become PG.. one just found out reciently she was PG with several but was waiting on 2nd US to confirm it.. It was just Info for the NEW people waiting on this side, and were still doubting things..

Hello Brenda and welcome!! I just had TR on Monday and I didn't have the battery pack thing. The DVD I have is also a little dated. Maybe they will film a newer version soon now that Dr. Monteith has joined the practice now with Dr. Berger.

Miranda- Sweets, Didn't mean to make you more nearvous! That was supposed to help you not be so nearvous LOL. I've never had a c-section, so I can't compare it to that. It's NOT bad I promice.
Donna- Guessing that was you that called on my cell..My phone slipped down into the recliner and DH is running errands and I can't reach it! He'll be back in a bit though! I'm so glad your DH is coming home tonight. Your braver than I am lol. Ya know I'm letting you test the waters before I go there haha. GL Luv ya!
I heard from pthomson and she's in a little pain from her trip back home yesterday and her long flight. I hope to check on her later today. But she sounds good otherwise! She was going to get some rest.

We are proof that it can happen and keep the hope alive for when you get to have your TR. Your savings ideas may help other women on the board as well Feel free to post them for others.
JennyH- Hello, we are not mommies on the other side just yet, you may want to jump to another thread to ask them about their experiances. Those of us here mostly are 'in waiting' for TR or that have just had our TR's done. We do get updates though from others occationally which is nice to see. Gives us hope! HTH's you in finding what your looking for.

Hi everyone- I sent my paperwork in the other day and I just got an email from Rhonda Brown saying that I'm a good candidate-Thanks again, Rhonda! It helps me to have hope. I also received my DVD in the mail today and watched it. So what's this battery-pack thing for pain control? I haven't heard anyone mention it before. The copyright date of the DVD is 1994, so maybe they don't do that anymore? Maybe someone knows more about it...

OK ladies, I like to see how things are going for moms on the other side.... and their is a mom on the other side..... who appears to be having twins or triplets.. we arent sure yet.... But looking at ultera Sound it looks like 2 sacks 1 is split, and other isnt.. so Im looking forward at getting to the other side..

Welcome Cate. My Tubal Reversal is next Wednesday. I've had symptoms of PTLS for years and had numerous test and I'm as healthy as can be according to my bloodwork. My doctor finally told me after we tracked my symptoms and flareups that it had to be hormonal. But she never actually said PTLS. After reading this board I learned of it and I'm certain of it. I wish you the best. Kathy
