Jo so glad you are doing well. I am starting to think Donna may have went to work because she has not jumped in and posted. I hope and pray she has a good day. I hope your trip home goes well. They said here in NC we are going to get some more storms. I hope they do not mess up any ones plans.

Kitkat, Leann, and Jennifer, Thanks so much...the wheather is looking a bit gloomy out.I hope we have a smooth plane ride back. I don't think Trish is leaving until tomorrow. I haven't seen her come back in yet this morning. But I'm hoping to go check on her before we leave like she did me yesterday.
Wanted to add for you ladies that are still on your way to having TR... It's up to you but I have found out that 'Granny panties' (waist high)works the best after TR: reason is you can put a quart or gallon sz plastic bag with ice in there and it feels like heaven and helps swelling. Another tidbit, if you have your TR on a Monday and have your consult and TR same day....here is what I found out. when they do you u/s they may shave additional pubic hair for your incision for TR. This did happen to me and I thought I was in the clear b/c I do this anyway...but they wanted more lol. OK, so all was fine until last night when I woke up itching like crazy!!!! I had to jump in the shower (no baths) and wal-la found the big problem. Loose 'tiny little' hairs from them shaving me. I thought I was starting to have a reaction the the pain meds but it was as simple as that. So I wanted to pass along incase it happens to anyone else.
Rhonda came to see me this morning and she is sooo awesome!Bless her she answered my 2 notebook page of questions that I had wriiten for her last night. She took her time and answered all of them for us. I had a bunch due to my tube lengths. She made me feel better my letting me know about PG that have only had 0.5cm tubes!! And gave us some other useful info.
I am praying for all of you ladies to have long lengthy healthy tubes,fast recovery, and baby dust and sticky lil beans!!

Good Evening Ladies,
Everyone please keep "Trish-pthomsom" in your prayers tonight and tomorrow. Tuesday is her BIG DAY! I called her at 9pm tonight and she was already snoozing like a baby so I let her go really fast. oooops. I hope she remembers to call me tomorrow b/c I want to leave our goodie leftovers with her and her DH! Trish I'm wishing you loads of baby dust! If you or DH need ANYTHING please let us know!
I just called the airline to make sure they would have a wheelchair avail tomorrow when we fly back. There is no way I'm going to be able to walk that far all over the airport on both sides fo the flight. They were very helpful.
Ladies, I'm not in pain but I am staying on top of my pain meds and ibprofin as directed. I've been using the ice pack about every 4 hrs for 30-1hr. I am sore and tender in my lower abdomen. That's causing discomfort but thats it. Tomorrow may be a different story but if anything chages I'll let you all know.
Donna- Can't believe your already going back to work! Man, you just can not stay still LOL. You know I'm worried about you sweets! And yes I'll call you before we leave on the plane....OH I finally got a call back from the hotel saying that "as a one-time courtsey they would allow us to stay until 2pm for a late check out". Uh they knew this 1st week in Feb08 when I booked and again at checkin...so ladies....if you need a late check out due to having to take a later flight back home....please tell them to add this to your notes and that you want a copy of it!!!!! That really upset DH and I....we will be writing some serious letters about this ordeal at the hotel!
kitkat32608, hopefulin2008, nursejones72, JennyH, Miranda, and Patiently waiting: Thanks so much for the well wishes and thoughts and prayers. I'm keeping my head up about my tube lengths! I have to, because we have been blessed. I'd love to hear from any ladies who has had 2.0 and under tubes after TR. I'm open to any and all suggestions!!!! I know it's gonna be some work and research, but we are willing to do what it takes and not to give up hope. ANYTHING is POSSIBLE!
