Dr. Monteith's fees are all-inclusive, just like Dr. Berger's fees. He does have a one or two openings remaining in July and a few in August. The week of July 21st is no longer available and the week of August 11th is no longer available.

If you will let us know the dates that are best for your schedule, we will assist you with an appointment.

I think they should post how many available slots there are left in Dr. M's schedule at the special price, just so people will know if they still have a chance. Maybe the dates, too. I would love to be able to schedule with him- I'm just waiting on a miracle!
