Wow, since both you & your DH hearts are so open, (maybe) this is the child God has prepared your hearts for. What a heart wrenching strain for you. I do feel for what you & your family must now face. I will pray that if this child is your sons that he will go after this blessing full force. No matter what.
I feel your pain too. I have never had one BFP yet. I am in the process of letting go myself, as the alternative are just to expensive for us.

Chris I am so sorry to hear this. I will keep your family in my prayers. You tell you son that if he is the dad no matter where she goes she has to let him and you all see that little one. You do what you know is best. Your heart will lead you. Miranda

Trish, Thanks and I also pray that over time things work out in a good way whether or not its my grandbaby I will help the young woman out best I can and make sure the baby is in a safe and healthy enviroment. Good Luck to you and your TTC. Chris

Chris, I am so sorry for what you are going through. I have been there with my daughter who is now married and has 18 month old and not in that order! It was very hard as I feel at the time she did this on purpose so I wouldn't try and have another baby with my new husband. She is pretty selfish when it comes to her mother. Since, she has a whole new outlook on it and has changed her thinking. We are still TTC we have had 3 m/c, one was while she was pg, (so hard) I don't think that there are unanswered prayers just not the answer we want at the time. I struggle with this daily. I hope whatever happens that the child will know the parents and grandparents and not be used as a pawn or a bribe. Babies are gifts from God no matter what the circumstance. I will pray that God will lead you in the direction you need to go. God Bless Trish

Going threw this TTC Journey isn't an easy one for some of us and when it doesn't happen we wonder why and why me when a baby is wanted so bad and would be given all the love in the world with older more patient parents.I still see babies and say why not me but I have to tell myself daily "God has his reasons".I honestly believe that. I quit asking "why" along time ago. Well I just found out this past wednesday my son's ex girlfriend is 16 weeks pregnant and almost sure it's his,she has been obcessed with having a baby since they met and both very immature and drama.Everyone tried to tell him but you know how that goes.I called her and got her side and she's wanting my son to be with her or else shes moving away and we'll never see it.She's using this innocent baby and it's breaking my heart in so many ways.I can't eat,sleep and jsut pray alot that these two will work out something civil for the baby's sake.Why couldn't this baby have been given to someone deserving?(There goes a why question!) I know this isn't about my TTC or TR but I wanted you ladies to know that maybe those who don't concieve in this journey are gonna travel a different road,maybe raising a grandchild.I am on a whole new road here and don't know what lies ahead but I am ready to do it if it comes down to that and DH was the first to ask how deep do I wanna get into this,he is so deserving of a child he has the biggest heart.
