Kay, Glad your staying busy and seem to be doing well.DH and I (plus dog) will be on a road trip the first two weeks of June,I can't wait to get away. We'll be heading north from Texas to the Dakotas.Gone 14 days....yes! I will check in from time to time and see how your doing,I hope your body reacts well and all will be good. Between birdwatching and gardening I'm "adjusting" ok I think it just takes time for the body and heart to get on the same page Take care, Chris
Its been a busy week here. Had two fundraising events, and I finally gave in and bought a car - a teeny tiny F*rd KA. Its like a toy car, with go cart sized wheels! But it'll be nice to be able to putt around on my own again. DH suggested he take it and get flames painted on the sides, HA! It is cute though, red with black trim.
I have a class on Tuesday, then teach classes on Wed and Thurs. Staying busy and trying not to think about the upcoming cycle.
I order the Lupron next week - take it mid June. I am really dreading the Lupron nightmare, yet again. Should hear about our donor within the next week or so as well. Time seems to be rushing by. Not sure if that is a good thing or not.

Hi everyone. I have posted in a few other places, but thought here would be appropriate too. I turned 41 last July 7th when my husband (28) and I married. We had been together 5 years before marrying. Since we married on my birthday, I will no longer have anymore birthdays, only anniversaries !!! I had my TR 4/14/08 (last month) and are currently TTC. I have four DS from previous marriage (almost 21,18,15 and 12)! Would love a girl, but am hoping for a boy for hubby. I hear how many of you have struggled and some have succeeded. You are ALL an inspiration! I look forward to getting to know all of you. Thanks! Carol

Hi Katie, I am wanting the reversal also, I am 42 married have 3 adult children and my husband have none, I want my husband to believe this will work but the Dr\'s. here told him it was 1% chance but that was years ago. I see it is cheaper here by $6000. We are both christians and I believe God will bless us...So when you speak of support my mom and few friends are exstatic ...I just want him to believe it so that we may close this door in our marriage..for it really bother's him by not having children and I really want him to experience that..I truly believe it...he says this is just hype...keep us in prayer because I am having the tr....asap!!1

Thank you so much for the birthday wishes Kay, Becky and Anita. I honestly don't feel a day over 21 but I know it will catch up with me sooner or later.
Becky I'm really looking forward to meeting you. I think I'll be in Corpus Christi next week. I'm stopping along the way to see a few things and visit a close friend in Phoenix so this is kind of like a road trip too.
Ladies tonite my boys are throwing me a dinner party for my birthday. I am looking really forward to it. Hopefully I can get some pictures. I think it may also be a going away party but I know they will always be there.
Kay of all people I sure do know about snap days. This is what we are all here for. You can vent on me anytime sweetie. I am glad you had a great time in Amsterdam. I say I'm sorry Af hasn't shown but I would having some excitement about knowing IVF is just around the corner. I will PRAY hard for you this time is it. As always my hugs are wrapped around you in your time of need.
Well ladies I am finally packed and headed to Padre Island Texas for mine and DH's final move. Since he is on the road I am going it on my own this weekend. Needless to say I am excited and scared all at the same time. We can no longer afford California. A one bedroom apartment in the valley alone is 900.00 a month. By a crappy, run down house is 200,000.00 and if your thinking around San Francisco or L.A. easily 500,000.00. The taxes are eating us up and he is a owner/operator, so does FUEl ring a bell? LOL Jobs are very scarce and the recession is hitting hard here. I was born and raised here but I have to say bye-bye to my home state.
