I would have been doing the same thing! I would have cried and yelled at the TV! Get this....my doctor just asked me on my last visit if we (me and husband) have discussed birth control and said "you know....I teach the TL classes here". Told her to read my chart again and then we'd talk. She turned bright red flipping through my chart and said "oh my god....you are the one!" Told her no thank you on the TL!

OMG I'll bet it was the same dr....Dr. Marcus...dark hair and glasses. Hmph. I know how you feel because I had the chance to tell my friend who was thinking about it all the reasons why she shouldn't have the TL, and I think that she isn't going through with it.

It was in NJ, don't remember the name of the hospital though? I just remember saying those same words But in my situation, I was in a bad marriage etc...but I'll regret those words...at least until 4/14 when Dr. Berger fixes me

by any chance was the dr. from NJ? Were they at Valley hospital? because if they were, that was my @#!&^ing doctor! He has done a few episodes of baby story and I am pretty sure that every one of his patients (including me!) had a TL!

I like to watch TLC's A Baby Story. And this woman who was PG with her 3rd child was walking into the operating room to have her C-section, and the docs behind her and said "and you want your tubes tied, right?" OMG, I was like "NO, don't do it".... "and she's like, oh yeah!" and I'm thinking to myself, and thinking of all of us and just started crying
