Congrats on your TR Don't worrry all it takes is one tube and 3.0 is just fine to get PG on.I had my TR 1-24-03 L3.0 R4.25 My first TR baby girl was born 11-3-04 and I am PG again with TR baby #2 EDD 5-1-06 I am 39 will be 40 when this baby is born I wish you the very best

Bradin welcome to the whole side!!! And welcome to all of us 1 tubers!! and with great faith you'll get ta big fat++++ really soon. I too have one tube and am currently 22.3 weeks!! I had TR 3-29-05 and got my BFP on the 3rd of july! I hope it happens as quickly for you as it did for us! Good luck TTCing!! have we deffentlyhave moreof a chance now then we did before!! kathy
Been waiting on your post girl. Might have known I didn't get on here yesterday and now tonight. I cried when I read your post beacuse I remember how compassionate Dr. B was when he told me I had 0 on the right and only 1.5cm on the left. I could tell it was hard for him to say. I told dh I wish I had died during the surgery. Of course now I realize how stupid and selfish that would have been. So I have just kept the faith that GOD would give me a baby ,and I am still trusting him for it. I will be praying you get your little one too. I am sooo happy for you. I was never worried about how you would be treated because I knew that you had chosen the best. Dr. Berger is not only the most skilled ,but kind, caring, compassionate ,and ever so gentle. He did his part now we wait on the giver of life to do his.

Thanks everyone for all your well wishes. I am feeling really good so far today, but I am not going to overdue it. It is so great to know that this board is here with so many supportive people.
Amy-try not be be worried about the IV, they numb the area first then put it in, I hardly felt a thing. As for going under,they place the oxygen mask over your face and before you know it you are waking up and the TR is done.
Grace-One thing that we did bring was a dvd player, that was great after the surgery to just veg out and watch movies in the hotel room. My DH also brought a book to read while I was in surgery. I would deff. reccomend getting the fridge in the room, it was great to have the jello, and apple juice cold. But remember spoons, we forgot and I had to eat the first jello without one, LOL can't you just picture that.
Thanks again everyone, when I got home I immedialty went online to post and look at the preg stats. After reading them I feel 100% better and know that it time it will happen. AF is due tommorow and then the "fun" will begin. See you in the 2WW
Thank you so much for taking the time to update us! I appreciate it so much. It just reaffirms that I have made the right decision in having Dr. B perform my TR surgery . I will say that I really did not take into account the possibility of my adhesions which I know I have a history of from prior C-Sections not being able to be removed and my first response was "oh no what if" but I can't be sucked into the "what if's". Your DH is so right, you still have more of chance today than yesterday and there are posts on here with one tube TR sisters getting BFP. Plus, you have your age and so on.
Anyway, I am glad you had such a great experience and am so looking forward to being up there next Sunday!

Hi Brandin, Thank you for sharing your experience - it also moved me to tears - don't worry about only 1 tube - there are so many here who have conceived with only 1!! I'm scheduled for my TR a week tomorrow and I appreciate all you have shared with us! Best Wishes for a quick BFP!!! Sandy
I'm glad you had a nice experience at Dr. Berger's. It does not surprise me...they treated me so very well.
I wanted to tell you that you CAN get pregnant with the one tube you have... I know! My TTC buddy, Amber just did and posted about it. Her username here is msambrosia.

Hi Brandin...well u helped me alot...I leave tomorrow to drive up from Florida. My TR is Tuesday and U made me feel that everything is going to be OK....What kind of TL did u have?

Hi Brandin. I'm glad that your experience with CHTRC was great. That is what we stive for. Take it easy and keep your positive thoughts. Pregnancy can happen with only one tube and I hope to hear a positive from you soon!
