Linda - I am a fall 07 mom and like to peek on y'all's thread. I too was on progesterone and quitting cold turkey is what I did too and everything was fine. If you are hesitant, ask your dr if you can keep taking it until you are 14 weeks. Good luck and best wishes!

I have FINALLY been given an ultrasound at 10w4d. The baby was just kicking and waving away. The machine the dr used had to be an antique that should have been retired to a Medical Museum years ago. He gave me 3 pix to show the family and seriously nothing is clear. BUT the important part is the baby was there, looked healthy, little heart was beating away at 176....possibly a little girl?????
At 19/20 weeks he will send me to a High Risk Dr to have a high level ultrasound done for Downs and such.
At 12w he said I can stop the PGN, 'cold turkey'. That kind of scares me! I figured he would stop it slowly. And hopefully by then the nausea will subside because between the PGN and the Unisom for m/s, my butt is being kicked!!!
I don't think I've posted in the last day or 2, but here I am now.
I haven't been feeling my best these past few weeks, but I've had a few good moments; such as feeling my baby flutter... talk about a funny but good feeling..lol
Anyways, I have an appt 2day w/my Dr. it's a routine visit, but I'm so afraid she's going to send me to the hospital because of what's going on w/me.
I've been in the ER twice for dehydration & thats because I can't hold ANYTHING/NOTHING in or down.
I will have an US 2day, hoping all goes well w/that. I'll keep you all posted, I feel another puke spell coming on.

Nellie- wow that's quite a jump! My numbers also seemed to quadruple in 2 days, and everything was just fine with a single baby. It CAN be a sign of a blighted ovum, but it could mean nothing but a sticky bean. 101@13 DPO 551@16 DPO and 2276@18 DPO

I you notice to the left of my little butter bean there is a black circle almost the smae size..Doc mentioned the thought it was a tumor that might have to be surgically removed at some point but didn't think ti would interfere with pregnancy. I have pain on the side sometimes and wonder if it is continuing to grow. Has anyone ever heard of or had anything like this happen to them?

Bonnie- what a neat US pic! It's so adorable to see the bean waving around, and what a clear facial profile shot too! Thanks for sharing that. -Traci
To the ladies experiencing losses, my heart goes out to you. hugs!
We had our ultrasound on Tuesday and the baby put on a show for us. I have uploaded a pic in the photo album. It is under the bschwerd folder. Hope everyone is doing well today! Bonnie
I seen our list has grown even bigger- that is wonderful!!!
I seen Licia's post about movement and wanted to chime in here about it- I felt flutters at 11-12 weeks too. I think we notice so much more with our bodies after TR and going for so long not being PG and then becoming PG we feel and more intune with our bodies!!! Enjoy it--
I'm 21 weeks today - All four of my kids were able to feel the baby move Tuesday - Seeing there faces when it kicked was pricless!!! Then taht night I tried to let my DH feel it and everytime he would put his hand on my stomach the baby would stop moving-- we would wait and nothing. As soon as he moved his hand the bbay was off and running around.. This kept going on serveal times and then DH finally gave up... I had my OB appointment Monday and all went well- The placenta is in behind my belly botton and in front of the baby- so that kicks are more like flutters still and not really realy strong because of it.. I go on the 13th of another ultra sound and then May 27th for my sugar test.
I hope everyone is doing great and starting to feel better too..
FOr those that recently lost their baby- My heart and thougts are with you all.. I'm really sorry!

Bonnie- go to photobucket, and download the pic there. Then you can post the [IMG].....[IMG] code to your photo album. It can be posted on the thread itself, but apparently CHTR center has requested that it go directly into the album because it takes up too much room on the threads- something like that anyway! Let us know when you've done that, can't wait to check out your album! -Traci
