Hi All- Dr measured me at 15w yesterday and I am 14w5d. Heart beat was in the 160s....down from 170s a month ago, but still......thinking pink.
I posted a topic elsewhere, but wondering if anyone has had the AlphaBeta testing done. I go in 2w for that and at the time I will schedule the High Level U/S along with the 3-D for a month later......then we will find out for sure boy/girl.
I am finally off the PGN which caused me to be sleepy. And as luck would have it, so far so good this morning.....no nausea....when yesterday it was fierce! Hopefully it's heading out and I can get my lazy butt up and exercise.
I am so disappointed in my weight. I have already gained 27#.........and that is on top of the 20# I gained last year with the PG that ended in M/C and I failed to loose. I LOVE the tummy, but I HATE the fat thighs and upper arms! What the heck is up with that?

Jamie- Same for me- I think mine is a girl and DH thinks its a boy (lol) I still need to buy nuetral onies for when it comes home and stuff... I can't eat sweets or ice cream they make me SO sick!!! I am just getting where I can eat fruit and keep it down.. We like chick fl ia and mexican food (lol)
I think its fun not knowing but always guessing (hahaha) are you going natural? With my last three Pg's I had to be started and I am SO hoping I don't have to with this one but will go on my own with my water breaking before my due date (lol) Were really close to each other-- so this will be fun to go thru together

becki i didn't find out if it was a boy or girl. in my gut i am about 95% sure it is a girl. DH says its a boy, he was right with my ds,but i didn't have a clue with DS. i have just felt like this one is a girl from the beginning. i have only wanted sweets and lots of fruit this time. i was even eyeing the watermelons in the store and i hate watermelon!i guess we will see in a few short months. i have only bought nuetral baby stuff. i did buy 5 girl outfits and 5 boy outfits to balance out.

Amany4me- Congrats on the lil boy too!!!! Remind us what you already have- I changed your due date too hey a day ahead is a a day ahead!!!!
Krys- Are you still thinking boy???? June 24th is greta you get another ultra sound... I had two and the last one they couldn't see what I was having so we won't know until it comes... SO you go back in three weeks huh? Me too!!!! Do you have to do the glucose test again or are they just watching you???
Anita--- Girl I am getting SO excited to see what you are having too... SO far looks like blue is in the lead!!!!

OMG!! How exciteing--everyone is finding out what they're having! I actually had to have another u/s today. Dr. got worried at my appt because I'm 22 1/2 weeks, and when they measured my uterus, I measured 26 1/2 weeks. So off they sent me to the hospital for a growth u/s. All along I've been exactly on target, but today, I measured 1wk 1d ahead of schedule. The u/s tech said that the baby looked like my due date would be Sept 20 (my DH birthday), but my actual due date is Sept 28. So, I don't know where they will go with the due date from there. They will probably keep the original. The baby's hb was 160. They said the baby might be a little off because of the gestational diabetes, but that has been perfectly under control. But, of course, my little one wouldn't cooperate, and of course, the tech could not tell one way or another what the gender was. The baby was censoring itself. What a surprise!! The baby weighs about 1 1/2 lbs now and looks great! That's the important part. The dr. won't get the results of the u/s til Monday, so I guess I'll see what they have to say then. I go back to the dr in 3 weeks, and my next u/s is June 24. Maybe the little bugger will cooperate then, but I doubt it! Hope everyone is well and enjoying their pregnancies!! Lots of love, Krys

ok, back from the US before heading out to the kids concert- Well, it's been a great birthday! It's a healthy baby........boy! Most likely Maxwell Julian, but now that we know for sure it's a boy, dh isn't sure about the name. Even though I was sorta leaning toward girl, I couldn't be happier- everything was healthy and I got some cute US shots I'll put up later. LOL this means I'm 0 for 5 for guesses as to gender -Traci

Hey ladies! Well we had 3d u/s today at I guess what would be 14wks 2 day but the doc said 15 wks so I have no idea. Anyway due date is now 11/22 and..........it's a BOY! OMG I thought DH and I were going to faint, we did intelligender and got girl results so imagine our surprise when we saw his little ..well you know:) They checked blood supply to be sure it was not the cord and it was NOT! We are doing another 3d the last Friday in June...we are just too EXCITED!!!

hi everyone! wanted to let you know that i went for my check-up/ultrasound this morning.went good , i gained 8 lbs this month, i'm sure most of that is the strawberry cheesecake ice cream that i eat everyday!i got to see the baby in 3D the baby really tried to hide, it kept putting it's hands &arms over the face. and just when the tech thought she had a good pic, the baby put it's leg over his face.of course my child would act like that!I also found out i have a UTI.its been hurting for 2 days now.glad to see everyone is doing good. talk to you later

Happy Birthday Traci!!!!! Yep what a great day for you!!!! but the wait is going to KILL me (lol) I think that is cool about you both dreaming of the same little girl...OK I am going with girl for you too I love to hear those type of stories- There is a book called they lived in Heaven... Its about experiences couples or moms have ahd about another child they were supposed to have... It was good!!! We have I believe her visit us one night... she walked in our room walked around the bed to my DH's side and just stood there.. I felt and watched her shadow come in my room and thought it was my youngest lil girl Age 2 then... I layed there so they wouldn't want me to get up... My DH felt the, there and asked what they needed... No anwer.. Then he asked whats wrong.. No answer... so he sat up really fast and said WHAT--- there was no one there!!!! I thin my DH had to experience that because I had been having the dreams and he didn't believe me after that happen and we were both there to eperience it together we saved and got ready for our tr....

Hey ladies- cool dreams for sure! I've had the same dream about a little girl, and dh described the exact same girl- so we both first dreamed of her on the same night. I'm still reluctant to call it though lol, because I was wrong on all 4 of my other kids hehee. US isn't for another 3 1/2 hours- I chose the latest one possible so that dh, who works 3rd shift. can be awake to be there too lol. It's also my b-day, so that means I'm guaranteed good news, right? Now I just need to kill those 3 hours
Have any of you put any thought into baby wearing? It's not something that was common with my youngest 11 years ago. I think the snugli was still fairly new! I really couldn't decide which kind to get, so I splurged and got several types. 1 is the sleepy wrap which is a version of a maya wrap. I then got something called a native sling, and also a ring sling, and the old standby of a snugli. lol Even though we're getting everything ourselves, it's evident already that this baby is going to be spoiled! I'll post as soon as I can, but the kids have a concert tonight, and perhaps a birthday dinner for me- so it might not be posted until after 10- so sorry to keep you waiting, but you'll see it first thing in the AM! -Traci
