Well, chaulk one up for Team Pink!!! We found out today that we are having a little girl. Everything is measuring right on target for 17 weeks and 4 days and we had the level 2 u/s today and dr said everything looks really, really good. DH and I are on cloud nine!!! We are going to try to schedule our c-section on October 16th. Have a wonderful rest of your day!!!

We knew all along that if it was a boy his first name would be Isaiah. We are really stuck with the middle name so I don't know. We are throwing names around.
I am completely exhausted. My feet are burning. I think someone set fire to them.
I feel the baby moving a little bit more now. Dh felt him on Sunday. that was cool.

Ironic that you girls are loving the watermelon! I normally love it but can't stomach it these days. I am addicted to Jello!...(and cooked veggies!)
Congrats Amy on finding out you're expecting a boy! I'm dying to know what mine will be, but it will probably be almost another month for me as my doc does the next ultrasound at 20-21 weeks.
whooooohooooo, i am soooo happy for you. its been so long since we've talked. hows my lil nephew Elijah doin? i bet he is spoiled ROTTEN!!!. have you narrowed down your name choices ? Brady is doing well. growing like a weed. he had pneumonia last wk but is well now. hes around 27 pounds and 34 inches tall.
i sooooo miss chatting with you. we still arent trying for another. dont know if we ever will. My oldest just graduated and is ready to fly the coup so who knows.
i will keep you in my thoughts & prayers as well as the other ladies here on Dr B's message board. Good luck to you all.

HEy everyone:0 Licia glad you can eat something now:) I too am LOVING watermelon!!! I had Doc Appt today and he set induction date so my DH can arrange with his command to coordinate his RR with my delivery. My official induction date is 11/15, unless of course as my doc said I deliver sooner:) I had 3-D scan set for next week since DH will leave i just a few weeks we are hoping to see the sex at that time.

wanted to jump on and give an update. Went to the dr today. I am 16 wks 1 day. I was already expecting to schedule ultrasound for the next two weeks. WRONG!! June 17. I was not happy I am not a patient person and I wanted to know NOW!!! Anyways I am measuring 18 wks. only gained 2 lbs. declinced alpha fetal protien test (Down Syndrome) I had a bad experience with my first.
As I said I am not patient and do not like waiting! My husband works on medical equipment (ct scanners and xray and mri) so he took me to another site and VIOLA.... they put me on the table "just to see the sex, nothing formal!" DUH like I wanted other details right now! She said oh we probaly won't be able to see anything since you are still early but whatda ya know There it was wide open.
ITS A BOY!!!!!
Thank God! With 5 girls between DH and I (they all live with us full time) and TR baby #1 Elijah 20 1/2 months he NEEDED a little brother! my DH kept saying "that's my boy!"

My ultrasound is scheduled for June 19th, I hope to know at that time... I'm praying for a boy...DH wants a girl, but then says it doesn't matter, as long as he/she is healthy...
Secretly, I know he wants a girl so our daughter will have a sister. Can't wait to see what happens.
My MS is finally beginning to let up. However, my appetite is still a bit off. All I can eat is watermelon & broccoli...Guess the bright side of it is they both are healthy foods huh...
Anywho, my belly is so getting there, I'll post a pic later....right now, it needs to be fed...lol
