Things are better here - DH wouldn't take me to mexican Saturday and well lets just say I was NOT a happy camper the rest of the day --- These hormones are great! I just say what ever comes to my mind --- SO I think I might be home bound until the baby comes (lol)

Jo, I know what you mean about the waiting game. It's almost like being stuck, waiting for all the good things to happen. I hope you get unstuck soon.

Kattie, thanks for the concern, I really appreciate it. I need to host a ladies night out soon. The last one was in April, and I couldn't stay long because my niece Carley was with us. Your DH sounds so sweet. It's good that he is a nurturer. My DH is too, but he comes across kinda gruff, but that's just his way of teasing.
Becki, I don't have everyone's emails. I need to get those. I'll consider a clothed belly shot when I feel it's more baby and less fat.
Does one person have everyone's emails? If so and one of you want to email me I'll send you my belly shot from this morning and my ultra sound pictures... I too can't post those things rob and becki at bellsouth dot net - then we could pass them to everyone via email
Kattie- Sounds like you had a great time and a well needed time out too- I think that is awesome your DH loves babies,,, Mine doesn't I mean he will handle them and care for them but likes them when they are about 1 I think having twins would be awesome - I was hoping for them this time so I wouldn't have to go through all the TTC emotions again and all the stress -- One shot for me please
Andrea-- Twins would be fun and they would have a play mate to always play with..... yeah more exspensive too and more diapers and tears but once they get bigger it would be fun... Cna't wait to hear the test results!!!!

Good morning all! I have to work 8-7 today, but I wanted to jump on real quick and say hi! I didn't have to work Saturday though, so I get the overtime without the headache! Yea for me!
Anita, I did get some adult time... just not with DH A coworker who was working late with me the other night suggested we go out for a couple drinks. We had dinner (and I had my margarita) at TGIF and ended up getting home at 10... sheesh. But I really needed it. DH hugged me so hard when I got home and said he was so tempted to call, but kept telling himself "No, she needs a break-- let her enjoy it!" LOL. I did call him when I was on my way home and we were up until almost midnight talking away. I so needed a little break. Maybe that's what you need... a little dinner out with a galpal or two (you cannot have the margarita unless it's virgin!) to unstress a little. (((((ANITA))))
Becki, DH said if we have multiples, then there will be less fighting over who holds the baby! He loves to take care of babies. I swear he's a woman trapped in a man's body sometimes! WAit... that sounded bad, didn't it... *shrugs* God knows it took long enough to have an actual PLAN in motion, rather than just shoddy hopes. But you know, you have to have patience until you're ready. I think it's been long enough. I'm prepared for disappointment, and we've talked about that too. Gotta cross your fingers though and hope for the best.
Andrea, I am looking forward to the belly rubbing too! When I was TTC so hard, I told my youngest DD that she could walk up behind me (don't scare me though), wrap her arms around me and start rubbing or scratching anytime! I told her to be warned that if I get spoiled, she'll have to do it all the time though! LOL. Let us know as soon as the results are in!!
Mary, doing a drive-by, eh? I imagine. Around here, they try to stagger the proms a bit. I don't know if it's because we have only a few places to hold them or to keep from having a run on places like the flower shops, dress shops, etc. I'm crossing my fingers that you catch the eggy!
JO! I was wondering about you! I know DH and I were trying to avoid January even though that's my birthday because I already have 2 b-days in September. Actually, DSS was due then, but he was early, so he's July and we've got a November. I really don't want any in the summer or before Christmas but the first 5 months of the year are just fine! As a matter of fact, if I had one on my b-day, that was be three of us in a row since I have my dad's. I sure have missed ya!
Anyways, it's off to work. I gotta get out the door! Time flies when you're catching up!

Hi Kattie!!!!!! So glad your back and so glad you have a plan in place. The sun always shines brighter when you can get your plan in front of you.
I really dont have much to report. Just a waiting game, blood work and slowly not feeling sick all the time. I still have some blood clotting testing to do and I heard they take a lot of blood for that so I am not looking forward to it. but it is info I need to know.
Tanya, dont restrain yourself on the pics. I want to see more Carly.
I am trying to stay cool...its getting hot here in Az. I might break down and go buy a pg swim suit.....I can't see myself making it thru the summer without jumping in the pool. This is my third nov. baby. My DH is so happy about that like he had some goal to have all our babies in Nov. wait till he sees how much we will spend on b-day gifts in one month and just before Christmas. I will have the last laugh.
Becki, it just happened to work out that the friday before mother's day, I didn't have to work, so that was a great surprise, and I went and got my hair colored and a pedi. I'm thinking about going to get a facial soon. That would be nice.
Andrea, I can't wait either. I think it will relieve a little stress to know what I can buy. I don't know why I'm so anxious to get things done. It's almost like I expect to have the baby in a month or something. Get on those nurses and lab techs. Do they not realize we're waiting to hear those results?!
Mary, sorry work is getting to you. Look at the bright side, you have only what, 3 more months of the wedding season? LOL
I'm feeling a little better today. Hopefully I'm coming out of this funk. I think I broke my toe yesterday. Or at least bruised it. It ached all night. I broke down crying last night about the cat again. I'm just super stressed. DS got a snake, and we're having problems with him not eating, so we're looking all over kingdom come for some extra small pinkies. Then last night when I was just beginning to relax, he yelled for me to come to his room, and was having a cow because there were some kind of bugs in his snakes bedding. It's just one thing after another. Today is supposed to be mostly sunny, so I think I'll be in better spirits. I swear this pregnancy has come with Seasonal Affective Disorder, because on the cloudy, rainy days I just feel so drained. I hope you all have a good day.

Becki-Please pray that some other IVF lady gets twins and not me!! lol. We really just want 1 healthy baby and are gonna be conservative with our IVF cycle for that reason. Ofcourse if we have twins, we will most definitely love them to pieces but will try to avoid them.

Anita-I hope you are having a better day. I saw on another thread that you said your DH cannot keep his hands off your tummy now that you are showing--how sweet. I might just be a tad bit emotional, but seeing that post brought tears to my eyes. I truly cannot wait for Andre to experience that!! Woo Hoo--June 18th is the day. I can't wait to see if you are having a boy or a girl!

As for me--I think I am gearing up to O, but who knows anymore. Andre's karyotype is due any day now. I will wait until Friday then I will start bugging my SG nurse about them so that she in turn can start bugging LabCorp--lmao!

Mary come on down Its always better to go shopping with a buddy!!!! SO did you O? Are you still having pains??? any CM changes???? You know I think its hard to try and plan teh gender of the baby-- NOt that at this point any of us are trying but they tell you not to bd until you O for a boy -- when the heck can you tell the exact time you O??? And for a girl start to bd before O time--- duh we all are trying every other day and just praying for something to stick.... I hope you get that sticky lil bean this month!!! are you going to try clomid again in the future??
