After realizing that on our other forum that some of you didn't have this info already..I wanted to share with all of you:
I'm taking my prenatal vitamin (PreCare Premier)...make sure you are receiving '1mg’ of Folic Acid on a daily basis. Usually, this dosage is found in prescription only..not OTC. You need to ask your doctor or pharmacist to tell you the dosage of the folic acid, or simply look it up online, even if you already have a script..not ALL scripts include the 1mg dosage. This dosage is recommended to begin taking 3 months prior to TTC.
OTC Folic Acid is distributed in mcg (micrograms) not mg (milligrams). We need a full 1mg of folic acid daily.
If you are taking OTC Folic Acid then here is how to convert mcg to mg: Move the decimal to the left 3 places to go from mcg to mg. For example, if your tablets are 400 mcg, it is 0.4 mg. Therefore, (2) 400 mcg tablets is 0.8 mg, or just short of 1 mg (1000 mcg). You would need 2 and a half tablets to make 1 mg.
Conversely, move the decimal 3 places to the right to go from mg to mcg. So 1 mg is 1000 mcg. Any pharmacist can assure you of this when your buying OTC folic acid...however, on our script plan, it's just a lot cheaper for me to get a script for prenatals. HTH's you all too, -Jo

Heather, plz update Sarah's DPO to '15' for her 2nd beta. I was getting concerned with her #'s, but saw that she clarified on another thread. Hopefully she will update you all soon with her most recent #'s. Sarah, wishing you all the best, and a happy and healthy 9 months! Hoping to see #'s close to 2500-3000 for 20 DPO draw. It's a good idea to note what the time of draw is. Hoping that you get your u/s sooner rather than later! Please keep us posted. -Jo

I attempted the list and the information is here but somehow I lost the clip art stuff sorry. I am willing to assist with updating the list but not comfortable with completing research. The web has lots of information but it is not all factual. I would hate to lead someone down the wrong path on this journey.
Truck loads of baby dust to all those still TTC and a healthy months to those that have a little one growing inside them each day.
According to the weekly pregnancy report we have a March 2008 TR sister that received a BFP, but unfortunately it is a mystery as to who it is (TR 3/6/08).

I can't believe how everyone is acting! I understand that there are boundaries and we all need to tread lightly, but these groups are all meant to do the same thing "HELP". Whether it be to offer advice, to whine and complain or just to read and make sure your not the only one going through certain problems. I read through almost every posting if there is a topic that I am interested in and would hope that I could post a reply even though I am not typically a member of that group. We are all wanting the same thing... a beautiful, healthy baby. We all go through different journeys to get there, but we all want the same. I would just hope that everyone on this message board wants to help someone else, just like they would want to be helped and not just by our own little group. If I see information that I feel others might want to read, of course I will point it out whether I found it or not. I want to help in any way I can! I so appreciate everyone helping with our group and the numbers that are posted, but I feel it was to give encouragement and assistance... it wasn\'t't to be a burden because I know I never wanted to be a burden. I'm not computer savvy so all this is great and you have helped me understand my body better. There are all of us that are greatful because you have helped. Bottom line... that's what this message board is for.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I will not be helping with the list anymore. I wish you all the best of luck in your TTC journey, but I am out. The drama and the hypocracy on this forum is just too much to stomach!!!!

Also ladies I'm feeling much better and I can help with the posting so if you would like please add me to the rotation. Toni would you mind e-mailing me when you get a chance tell me what I need to do and when? Thank you. Oh and FF changed my O date and I'm actually 7 DPO.

Toni, I hope that everything is ok with your kiddo. Hopefully tonight will not be a repeat. I have dealt with doctors that were total idiots before myself and when it comes to your kid, it is not a game. Good luck with everything.
OK, Well my day did not start out to great today. I had to rush my 3 year old to the hospital because at five o'clock this morning he woke me up scared b/c he was having stridor breathing. I rushed him in to the closest hospital b/c I was not sure if his bronchial tubes were going to swell shut or not. That is how bad it was. I wish I hadn't taken him there, the doctor there was a quack. The nurses were having to tell him what medication he could use for my son's Neb treatment. They did no tests on him, they just listened to his lungs. The doctor told me he had bronchitis gave me a script for an antibiotic, told me to continue to use claritin and told me if it acted up again to come back, then sent us home. Chances are it could happen again tonight b/c I was not able to get his script filled. All of the pharmacies around here are closed for the holiday. Now, I could be wrong but I think they should of sent us home with something to help his breathing in case it happened again so we don't have to make a return trip. The hospital I usually go to has never let any of us leave there with out running a series of tests to make sure they had all of there bases covered. I guess I don't understand. I am going to call his doctor in the morning and get him rechecked. Sorry, I needed to vent.
As for TTC, tomorrow I will be starting to test with my monitor and temping. I am taking prenatal vitamins and EPO this cycle so we will see how it goes. Oh,I think I am also going to stop temping after confirmed "O" on FF. Watching my temps bobble up and down in the 2WW drives me crazy. I hope everyone had a great Memorial weekend.
Yeah, that was us, he was actually reading his criminal justice book he is working towards his associates in criminal justice, and his instructor had given him a lot to read.
I'll be happy to start Friday.
We just bought a house ourselves but we wont be moving until October until it is done being constructed.
I'm off today and I'm going to enjoy my beautiful babies.
