Hope everyone is having a great Friday. I can't wait to get off work. It's 3:30 in Denver. Amanda, they say to make the 1st day of your chart the day you start heavy bleeding, so don't count it as day 1 if your just spotting. Well, I started spotting today. It's only CD28 for me and I have been 30-31 days. I guess surgery must have got AF goin! I guess I can't complain, some of the girls say surgery delays their AF's. Trisha

Bostonlass, I don't want to get your hopes up but..... with my 4th DS, I was not expecting to be pregnant and when I did the stick, it looked exactly like yours. It was sooo light but I just knew I was even though it wasn't planned. ANYWAY!!! Your only 9 DPO. Most of the girls I've seen test with consistant positive results, wait until DPO 12 or later. I really hope you get another BFP over the weekend!! Keep us updated. Trisha

Boston, you need to wait until tomorrow. FMU is most concentrated. You would have to not drink anything all day and dehydrate yourself you get another BFP probably...and you don't want that! You probably have a very low hcg (20-25) that only shows up on an early response test with concentrated urine. Don't drink anything before going to bed and test again in the am. You numbers show go up a little by then anyway. Take care and good luck!

Hi ladies , thanks for explaining all that to me ,im on it ! Df and i do the BD every other day ,permanently , so hopefully it wont take long , mind im sure that will change when a baby comes along !ha ha . Trish cant believe we\'ve got Af on the same day , im every 28 days , clockwork , the only time we dont BD is on my AF .Carole did you say i should get started as soon as i come on ? Congratulations medicmom, the waiting is allways the worst thing , with anything xx

Ok everyone stop congrating me. lol. I did another cvs brand test and nada, even after 10 min. Then, just now I went to walmart and got a first response early test and again, nada. (i had to hide that in the trash so hubby doesn't know i'm being so compulsive. )
I just wish I knew why my bras, which I just got last week and which were too big for me then, are now super tight.

My husband and I had decided to wait until next cycle to TTC, but there's no slowing down the BD this cycle!! Haven't felt like this since before our DD was born!! (Sorry if TMI!!) I don't know if it was the PTLS before, or if it's just exciting to think that we could get a BFP now!!???
Ordered the OPKs today...if they come on Monday, is that too late to check?? Cycle day 9 today and I usually am 30 days.

bostonlass congrats! I am sure that you have a BFN and just like the rest I am so jealous! I think I am gonna take a break from the thread for a while. I have to travel again for work in a few days and wont be back till the end of the month. This time its a long one! Anyway I am not taking my laptop so it will be hard. Everyone I wish you the best and my prayers are with you all! Pray for me too!

I'm so jealous (but happy for you boston)....Today was hubby's b-day so I desperately wanted to get a BFP and give it to him as a gift! But got a BFN instead!!! From what I have heard a line is a line, no matter how faint! Its just a matter of hcg concentration in the urine...but you have to have even a small amount to create the line - probably about 20 hcg. Congrats! and so early to test, too!

Today has been a great day. I have heard from another lady through e-mail she got a bfp today as well. Seems like this cycle my bless a lot of the ladies.

Im sure that I looked at every one of mine AFTER 10 minutes. I bet you will have a line tomorrow morning also. Google evap lines you'll see images, Im telling you...they dont look like that. Now I can hardly wait til tomorrow morning, for you.

Well I'm not going to get too too excited only because the directions say don't look at it after 10 min and that was after 10 min. I just wish I knew what it looked like between 3 and 10 min, you know? I'll test again tomorrow morning but today is going to be a loooooooooooooooong day and will be difficult to try to get it out of my head! Oh and I'm 9dpo.

definitely a line. Mine were like that. I took 14 tests. I was driving myself crazy. This is what I did just to make sure it wasnt evap...I took an afternoon poas because I knew it wouldnt be +. It was too early. It never got a line later so I knew that the tests were not evaping. How many dpo are you? I even did another test yesterday just to see if the lines would come up right away and dark like the control line. I am 5wks4days preggo today. The line was dark like control, just yesterday. I have had some way lighter than the one in your photo and I am preggo so I think you are. The HCG in your urine reacts with the chemical in the stick so you HAVE to have HCG to make a line PLUS evap lines are usually greyish or smudgy looking. You have a +!!! Congrats!! Keep us posted!

morning ladies. I'm so frustrated I could scream. Last night hubby's smoke bothered me to the point that he had to put his cigarette out. It NEVER bothers me so I bit the bullet and went to cvs and got a 3 pack early test kit. Waited until this morning and at 6am took it. In the first minute I saw a very faint blue line. Then it *poof* disappeared. I chucked it in the trash after 3 minutes were up and then went to take kiddos to school. Came back, dug it out of the trash and it looked like this:
I know that evap lines are possible and that I should not look at a test after it's time period but LOOK AT THAT LINE. I reread the directions and it said to wait a full 10 minutes if in doubt. Well now I don't know if that line is an evap line or if it's true and showed between the 3rd minute and the 10th minute. I'm not a patient woman so I guess I just have to wait until tomorrow morning. Meanwhile I woke up nauseous and am still a wee bit queasy but my stomach has been reeking havoc it seems lately so maybe it's just nerves.
