Everything just seems to be taking forever and I feel like I can't wait any longer! Its just that once my OB told me everything looked good and to go for it i wanted it done right away. I'm not good at waiting. I'm working on starting my prepaid account this week but we'll see what happens I guess.
I am located in Myrtle Beach. I had my TR in May 07 and I am 32.
Chapel Hill also offers a pre pay account so you can send in extra money when you have it. There are all kinds of creative ways. I am sure lots of girls will chime in with different ways.
Keep coming around and posting. It sure helped time fly for me when I was waiting for TR.

I tried going through med-choice mouths back never hared anything. I finally got a e-mail this week saying their system was messed up so you may want to try calling to see what is going on.
Welcome Mandy. It is nice to meet you and I wish you all the best. I live in NC.
My insurance won't cover anything! What insurance do you have? It has only been a couple of days since I applied to med choice I just wish if they were going to reject me they would have done it right then!! I also had enough money to do it but decided to go to Disney World in June with 4 kids that can be pretty expensive!!! Anyway.

Hey Mandy... I also applied online with medchoice but have not heard anything yet. How long ago did you apply? I'm also not very patient. I had most of the money but we spent most of it on our wedding so I'm pretty much back to square one. My insurance will cover 80%, but I still need to have all the money up front.

Thanks we already applied with the finance company on this site we just haven't heard anything yet. I'm pretty sure our family will help us out. I'm going to try and get a smaller loan and go ahead and start the pre-payment account hopefully this week. Then maybe we can have the money saved by the summer.
Welcome to the board! I know it can be hard to save money, but I know you can do it because it sounds like something you really want! We do work with a financing company (MedChoice) - you can apply online to see if you are approved for financing with them. We also have a Pre-Payment Account, which is another good way to save money for the tubal reversal. Good luck and we hope to see you as a patient in the very near future!
