Yes that is a very good idea!! My dr had me taking them from the beginning it sure helps with the necessary nutrients for you and baby to have them there beforehand!

Can anyone answer this question? I was reading on the internet that it is a good idea to start pre-natal vitamins before getting pregnant, I'm thinking about starting them next month. I figured that when I get my TR (shooting for July) the vitamins will be in my system. I read that it helps with fertility. Has anyone else heard this???
