Both actually. Initially it was for fertility. I have three children and, like so many others, I am remarried and he doesn't have any of his own. I never knew anything about PTLS until recently but I believe I have it. Almost every symptom sounds like me.
Anyway, we are traveling from WV. Our drive is about 6 hours. I had my blood work and EKG done today. I can't believe how close it is. I don't know about you but I'm anxious and nervous. Where are you traveling in from? I am coming down from NJ so we have like a 9 hour drive on Sunday. I can't wait to end this crazy PTLS nightmare..Are you doing it for Fertility or PTLS?

Me too, I'm really nervous but it's so worth it. Maybe we can meet up while we're there. We'll be checking in the nigh before, as I'm sure you are.

Congrats!! I had my TR on July 24 2007!! You won't regret it, the staff is AMAZING!!! The medical staff are not medical staff most are used to dealing with..they are SO attentive and helpful and caring..I could go on and on!!! Good luck!!

Congrats on your big day. You will not regret it!! I had mine on 5/1/07. Everymonth is like a chance to win the lottery. LOL Instead of scratching a ticket, your POAS. Seriously tho, the recovery is easy and it's so worth it.

Congrats on your tr date and Welcome to the message boards. i had mine 4/7/08. now we are ttc. head over to the waiting room and they can add you to the waiting list. also you can talk to other ladies who are waiting for tr. the waiting room helped me as i waited for my tr day. hope you have a great day. leann sc
