It is nice to meet you. My name is Miranda. I had my TR on March-24-2008. I will be praying for you and wish you all the best as you go down this road.
My name is Lisa and this is my 2nd time being a member. The first time my then husband changed his mind and decided he didn't want to have any more children and I didnt want to force him. Unfortunately he became very ill shortly after and passed away. Now here I am at 41 in a wonderful new relationship with a 47 yr old man who wants to experience the joys of becoming a parent again. I have gone to my Ob/GYN who hinted that I might be perimenopausal, but I won't get my fsh #'s til 5/14. A little background on me. I am the mother of 4 beautiful children, ages 23, 21, 19 & 18 on Thursday. My family is very supportive because they know it is very important to me. I will be coming into the money I need to pay for the surgery within the next 30 to 60 days (If it is God's will). While I am waiting I am going to make sure I am healthy and see if I am really in perimenopause. Anybody out there have this problem. During the time my late husband was ill I didn't have a period for 13 months. I just assumed it was from the stress and the weight I gained(I have since dropped the weight), I got a period in Feb but haven't had one since. I don't think I am stressed as I am having the time of my life with my future husband!!! I am hoping and praying that I am not in perimenopause and that I have the chance to fullfil this dream that I have had since I was 34!! Pray for me. I look forward to hearing from you all. I love this forum and I am so amazed at all the brave women here.
