i had a m/c after my second child and i got preg. w/ my third before i even had my post d&c period...it was about a mth. i guess after my dnc..my son was de livered healthy and full term hope that helps

Shannon, I have not had my reversal yet so my story is prereversal 9-10 years ago. I m/c on Sept. 25 had a D&C, and was about 4-5 weeks pregnant when I went for my 6 week post op. I carried my son to July 16, his due date was August 1. The only issue I had was High BP. He also had a cyst in his brain during U/S but was gone before delivery. I was told to weight 6 weeks before TTC but I was young and didn't listen. He is now a happy almost 9 year old and is doing great. I am no doctor this is just my story.

Shannon, I don't know about the month after, I've heard it happens. I had one in mid-November but had to wait because I got the metho shot at the same time. I found out mid-February that I am pg and am now 17 weeks 1 day and due October 26. I had a m/c in October and the suspected e/p in November. I don't know if the d&c helped or not, but my numbers with this pg were awesome from the start. Good luck!

has anyone gotten preg. the month after a d&c and everything be alright? My dr. suggested i wait 1 month before trying however i have a friend who got preg. right after and is now 22 weeks preg. I am curious if the chances go down of carrrying full term if you try the next month and get preg? why do you have to wait?????
