I'm so sorry to hear of your news. I can only imagine how excited your were and how let down you must feel. I pray that you will have your dream in the upcoming months.

Thanks so much for all your prayers and thoughtfullness. DH and I are so devestated at this time because this is my first actual positive beta so we naturally thought "THIS WAS IT". I had my TR in 2005 and we have hit several obstacles along the way and were thrilled (and still are) that I actually got PG. Hopefully the numbers will continue to go down on their own and we can try again very soon.
Best wishes to all of you, and thanks again! Your thoughtfullness is greatly appreciated.

I just had it confirmed today that I have miscarried. My numbers never really started out high, but did indeed double within 2 days. From there it was down hill. The numbers never doubled in a week and half. I believe I miscarried last Monday and it took a week for my numbers to go down. Doctor thought it was an ectopic and was going to give me the Methotrexate shot (which I did not want to take unless absolutely necessary). Fortunately, my numbers went down so dr. said I did not need the shot, but will repeat blood work in 2 days and he will follow my numbers down to 0. Hopefully it won't take too long so we can try again.
At least I know I CAN get PG and with the TR I have the opportunity to try again!
