To get the special offer of $4,900 for Dr. Monteith, surgery must be performed between July 21st and September 5th. After September 5th, Dr. Monteith's reduced fee will be $5,400.

I'm sorry, but we cannot extend Dr. Monteith's special reduced fee for those that will not have the funds ready in time. The special reduced fee will be available for surgery dates through the end of September.

I just wanted to know if Dr. M would be able to give an extension for those of us who are unable to get the funds ready by September. I would just like to know I would be able to be ready by December. This question is fro all those in my same situation. [Smile]
