I too have a husband with no children of his own, although I forget that mine are not his sometimes. We have been married for 12 years and thiking about this for about 11 of those. We just schedued in May and I feel very confident that we will get our (as my daughter says) little fella. Congrats to you for joining us.

Hi Page, I am 34 years old I have two children from my previous marriage and my DH does not have any children of his own either. My family is very supportive but we have not told anyone on his side yet that we scheduled the TR surgery. My surgery date is September 9th. There are a wonderful bunch of women on here that will answer any question or fear.So Welcome to the message boards and look forward to chatting again. Happy 4th of July to all

Hi, I have never been a part of any message board. I'm new to this. I read Page72 and felt compelled to wright. My situation is similar to yours. I'm 37 w/ 3 kids and re-married. We want another baby, together. I read this message board every day. I have no family to share with. I'm anxious about TR and worried about my age. I want to talk about it all the time. I'm wareing my husband out.

Page - Welcome to the message boards!! You will find a lot of support here, as we all share your feelings. There are so many people here that don't share their plans with friends and family for fear of negative responses. So, again you're not alone.
Have you scheduled yet? I am scheduled with Dr. M on 7/21/08 - it was a long journey for me. 11 years really. I'm so happy that it's all coming together.

HI, I'M NEW TO THE MESSAGE BOARD AND I CAN'T STOP THINKING OF HAVING A TR.I'M 35 YRS OLD WITH FOUR CHILDREN & A NEW HUSBAND WHO DOSE NOT HAVE CHILDREN OF HIS OWN THAT I LUV DEARLY . MY STORY IS NOT DIFFRENT THAN ANYONE ELSE BUT YET I FEEL ALL ALONE. I'VE TOLD ONE PERSON IN MY FAMILY WHICH WAS MY COUSIN ABOUT MY TR. MY CHILDREN WANTS A NEW BABY ADDED TO THE FAMILY. I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE THAT SHARES THE SAME TR AS I DO.
