Best bet - have her schedule an appointment with her OB to discuss it. Having a routine progesterone draw is fairly easy and can eliminate a progesterone concerns.
I'll going to echo Andrea's first statement that having sore bbs isn't necessary. Every person's body response differently during their cycle. I never paid much attention over the years, so I can't say if I did or didn't.
A routine draw 5-7 days after O would easily tell your friend whether she did or did not O and if her progesterone is responding accordingly.

Having sore breasts is not a pre-requesite for healthy cycles! I never used to have sore breasts before TL, and I had 4 healthy babies. I have never had a low progesterone issue.
"High" progesterone can certainly cause sore breasts, thus soreness during pregnancy when progesterone is elevated. However, sore breasts are also caused by breasts with a lot of fibrous tissue, Omega deficiencies and individual responses to changing hormones...a lack of sore breasts may actually indicate some good balance of hormones, like with the use of fish oil and EPO!
My first cycle post TR they were quite sore. I don't know what was up with that....now mine are terribly sore, but I'm pregnant so I'll take it!
Hope some advice from the ladies here can help your friend!

I had my TR in April 2006 and I have never had sore breast around my cycle and I also have one TR baby and I am currently pg for my second one. I don't think everyone gets sore breast during their cycle but not sure what is happening with her. I hope you find your answer.

I have a friend who had a tr in Mar07 and she complain's that since the tr her breast don't get sore around time for her cycle. Could this mean she is low in progesterone or something else?
